What credit cards do you take?
Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Discover, and American Express as valid forms of payment. However, please note that we do not facilitate Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions, accept personal checks, or support Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) cards as means of payment.
How do I check my order status?

Can I Cancel My Order after I've Placed It?
Please note that orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. However, it's important to acknowledge that certain products, including made-to-order items and those shipped directly from vendor locations, are exempt from cancellation. Specifically, all orders for GE Appliances, Haier, and Hotpoint products are final once placed.

PARTS & SUPPLIES CANCELLATIONS / RETURNS / WARRANTY POLICIES
- Return Policy for Stocked Items: Eligible items can be returned within 60 days of delivery if they are in unopened original packaging and have not been installed or used. Returns made within the first 30 days will incur no restocking fee. Returns between 31-60 days will incur a 30% restocking fee. Items cannot be returned after 60 days. Returns not meeting these conditions will not qualify for credit.
- Return Policy for Electronic/Electrical Stocked Items: All electronic and electrical items can be returned within 60 days of delivery if they are in unopened original packaging and have not been installed or used. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not qualify for credit. A 30% restocking fee will apply to all electronic/electrical item returns. All items that do come back are not put in LOW’s stock and are returned to the manufacturer for inspection for refund. Items cannot be returned after 60 days.
- Return Policy for Non-Stocked Items: For items non-stocked by LOWLaundry.com, returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date. All non-stocked items will incur a 30% restocking fee. It’s important to note that returns must be in resalable condition.
- Items Not Eligible for Return: Tools, Soap Vendors, Card Systems, Changers & Bill Breakers are all non-returnable. In addition, any made-to-order items such as Sol-O-Matic Furniture and Washer Bases are non-returnable.
- Electronic/Electrical Parts Return Policy: Certain electronic parts that are specifically programmed to your machine’s model and serial number are not returnable or exchangeable.
- Warranty Information: All products listed on our website will display the respective warranty periods as provided by each manufacturer. We stand by the quality of the products we offer and aim to provide comprehensive warranty coverage to our customers. If you have received a warranty replacement part, this nullifies the return policy.
- Warranty Exception for Obsolete Items: If a purchased item becomes obsolete or is deemed no longer available by the manufacturer while still within its warranty period, the warranty will expire on the date the manufacturer discontinues the part. The manufacturer has stated that they do not issue credits or warranty coverage for items that are no longer available. As a result, LOWLaundry.com is also unable to provide any credit toward the warranty, as the manufacturer does not offer reimbursement.
- Restocking Fee: Orders may be subject to a 30% restocking fee at the discretion of the manufacturer, in accordance with their policies. However, if the item is stocked by LOWLaundry.com and returned within 30 days in resalable condition, no restocking fee will be charged.
- Cancellation Policy: There will be a 3% cancellation fee if your order is over $300 and you choose to cancel your order, provided that it can still be cancelled.
- Damaged Product Reporting: We require customers to report any damage within 5 business days of receipt. This enables us to promptly initiate the necessary procedures with the courier and adhere to their deadlines for damaged packages.
- Courier Investigation Requirements: In the event of damaged products, it’s imperative to retain the original box and packaging for shipping courier investigations. Failure to comply with this requirement may void the return or credit process.
- To Know If We Stock an Item: The availability of an item will be clearly indicated on our website’s parts listing page as "In Stock," along with the exact quantity available in our warehouse at the time of viewing.

Important Notes About Incoming Returns:
- LOWLaundry.com does not do exchanges for any order.
- All items to be returned must be preapproved.
- Returns must include the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number on the package or shipping label.
- No refunds will be given for shipping charges, handling fees, or state fees under any circumstances unless an error is made by LOWLaundry.com.
How Do I Return Something I've Purchased Online?
To facilitate the return of a part or supply, please complete our

Contact Us Page. Following submission of the form, kindly allow a window of 24-48 hours for our dedicated team of parts and supplies specialists to respond. They will promptly provide comprehensive guidance regarding your available options for returning the product, including its eligibility for return.
It is required that you report damage to any products received
within 5 business days. This enables us to promptly notify the shipping courier and address any issues arising from transit-related damages. Please ensure retention of the original packaging and box, as these are essential for initiating a courier investigation. Failure to maintain these components may hinder the completion of the process, thereby potentially voiding any potential return or credit.

Do I Pay Shipping For Parts or Supplies I Return To LOWLaundry.Com?
If a part or supply was shipped incorrectly (i.e you ordered part # 123456 and we shipped 123411), then we would send you a free return label or let you know what to do with the item. Any part that is called in for warranty, customer is responsible to pay for return shipping for the defective part. Manufacturers' policy do not pay for warranty shipping. If you order a supply such as soap or laundry carts (anything under our supplies tab), we do not provide free return labels. All supplies shipping costs are responsible by the customer to send back to the MFG or to LOW based off what the customer service representative tells the consumer.
SHIPPING POLICY
- If your order is delayed due to an issue with the shipping courier (USPS, UPS, DHL (International), or LTL Freight), we're not responsible for any compensation due to issues amongst the couriers.
- If a product arrives damaged, you must keep the original box and packing so that we can schedule an investigation within the courier. All shipping couriers will not accept any claim if original box and packing have been discarded. You have 5 Business Days to report any issue or damages so we can properly claim it with the MFG or shipping courier.
- If your order is sent outside the USA, LOWLaundry.com does not cover any shipping to and from for warranties or returns on all parts and supplies.
- All international orders placed on our site are first delivered to our distribution facility before being shipped to the final destination. Please note that we do not offer direct shipping from manufacturers in the USA to countries outside the USA. Most manufacturers restrict their shipping services to within the United States only. Our policy is to ship all international orders complete. If you need partial shipping it will be charged per shipment. Shipping complete helps you the customer not incur more charges and become more expensive to get the products you order.
- Shipping Charge Refund Disclaimer: Laundry Owners Warehouse cannot refund shipping charges if the following occur. Shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond UPS / USPS / DHL control including, but not limited to: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, acts of God, natural disasters, war risks, acts of terrorism, acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities, authority of law, insufficient information provided by a customer, Hazardous Materials packages improperly offered for transport, the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or otherwise applicable to the shipment, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, civil unrest, disruptions in national or local air or ground transportation networks (including, but not limited to, UPS’s / USPS’s / DHL’s transportation network), disruption or failure of communication and information systems, and adverse weather conditions.
