LAUNDRY OWNERS WAREHOUSE CONDUCTS SUCCESSFUL DEXTER LAUNDRY SERVICE SCHOOL
Ft. Lauderdale based company holds an educational event on the 8th of March
Laundry Owners Warehouse recently hosted a Dexter Laundry Service school on 8th March. The school was intended to educate laundry owners and operators about the most effective ways to enhance the performance of the Dexter equipment they have at their facilities. The school was conducted in collaboration with Dexter, where experts from the company came in and talked to the attendees directly. The focus of the school was on teaching laundry owners and operators to troubleshoot, maintain, and program their Dexter laundry equipment effectively. According to Grant Einhorn of Gee Coin Laundry, “The Dexter Laundry Service School taught me a lot about making the most of the equipment I have invested in for my Laundromat. Previously, I had to call in a technician even when there was a minor problem but now I am confident I will be able to tackle these problems on my own”. The event also included a birthday celebration for Virgil Simpson. Virgil is well-known in the industry, having been in the business for over 40 years. He recently turned 80. He has had vast experience as a distributor and store operator and was in attendance at the school. Dexter and Laundry Owners Warehouse plan to conduct similar events in the future as well. The idea is to enable laundry owners and operators to sustain and maintain their laundries without requiring extensive professional assistance. This will bolster the quality of their services, reduce downtime, and enable them to serve their customers in the best possible way. According to a spokesperson for Laundry Owners Warehouse, “We are grateful to Dexter for agreeing to participate in this school and we look forward to continuing our collaboration with them”.
