Laundry Owners Warehouse Launches Its First Ever Service School with 79 Laundry Professionals in Attendance

The first ever service school hosted by Laundry Owners Warehouse proved a resounding success, the attendance exceeding the wildest expectations of the company. On Groundhog Day, billed as an event so big it overshadows the groundhog, 79 attendees including store operators, service professionals, and prospective owners learned step-by-step service procedures and routine preventative maintenance from Dexter Laundry factory representatives who conducted seminars on the manufacturer’s new vended C-Series Washer and Express Dryer lines. The owner of Laundry Owners Warehouse, Joshua Prager, stated “We had a lot to prove, being the newest member of the Dexter family. The fantastic customer response is a major step towards proving our worth”. The service school featured a series of seminars, conducted by 20 year veteran, Dexter factory technician, Brad Millard, which further showed how committed the brand is to helping its customers achieve greater success in their business. Dexter service technician, Brad Millard, said “Every school brings its own nuances. What surprised me about this school was that the attendees included some veterans of the coin laundry business, a few of whom we have worked with in the past. Yet, despite their experience, they were eager to learn and we hope we taught them something useful”. In addition, the participants also learned tips for using and handling older models of Dexter’s machines, including how to troubleshoot. The school concluded with a Q & A session with the experts.
