For automatic folding, sorting, and stacking a large variety of mixed articles. The machine folds and sorts the mixed articles automatically by size and optionally stacks them on one of the three available stackers.

The operator feeds the towels onto the conveyor. Once a piece is placed on the conveyor the folding cycle will start automatically.

Towels are then sorted and stacked. When these stacks have reached a pre-programmed number of articles, the stack is discharged onto a table or optional conveyor. Length folding is done by two moveable folding blades and the cross folding is executed by belt reverse folds.

With this combination, French folding along the length of the articles can be accomplished with either one or two cross folds or a French cross fold.

As standard, the machine is equipped with a PLC Touchscreen system with up to 100 separate folding programs. Individual fold parameters can be set for each type of piece processed.
