⚠ Important Note

🔧 Installation Overview

  1. Isolate and depressurize the line, shut off circulating pumps, and disconnect power to any actuator or coil before servicing.
  2. Drain the section into a catch pan hydronic fluid may be hot and under residual pressure.
  3. Remove the bonnet, cap, or cartridge per the Hays service sheet for the valve series.
  4. Install the new Genuine Hays component, lubricate seals with a compatible lubricant, and reassemble to the specified torque.
  5. Slowly re-pressurize, bleed trapped air, and check for leaks before returning the system to service.
